Do I pay anything upfront?:

Once you are endorsed by your company for a full roof replacement, they will typically issue your payments over 3 checks. Once we have collected the first check we move your file to permitting, then the build calendar. You may receive the second check during the build process. And the final payment will be released after we have completed the roof and sent the required documents to your company. Your project manager will inform you as checks are released and schedule a convenient time to collect.

How much will this cost me?:

You only pay your deductible on day of install. This means your roof materials are on your roof and our crew is working at your property. On this day your Project Manager will collect your deductible from you.

I have Solar Panels/Solar pool heaters on my roof. Do you remove and reinstall them?:

In short Yes! We hire a License and Insured Solar company that will remove then reinstall whatever type of Solar system you may have.

How long does the process take?:

It depends on your company, but once we have the full approval from your company, we are building your roof within 4 weeks, of course depending on weather.

What kind of warranty is offered?:

We use Certainteed Landmark shingles because we believe they have one of the strongest warranties in the market. 50 Year limited transferable warranty against manufacturing defects. 15 year 130 mph wind resistance warranty, 10 year StreakFighter algae resistance warranty. We also offer a 5 year workmanship warranty.

Are you Licensed and Insured?:

Yes it is a State requirement to have. We also separate ourselves by directly hiring our crews and not hiring sub contractors for our Reroof installations. Keeping our High Quality and production consistent on all our jobs.
